SCR Systems

SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) is a system in which a reducing agent (urea) is injected into the exhaust system. This process converts nitrogen oxides into nitrogen (N2) and water (H2O), reducing the emission of exhaust gases. The chemical reaction is accelerated by a catalyst.

The systems are tested and tailored to the engines. These power generators meet the requirements of the latest exhaust emission standard IMO Tier III. Corresponding certificates are issued by classification bureaus.
