The MEC-24 engine control system is specially developed for controlling and monitoring diesel engines for maritime use. The system integrates all necessary input and output channels with essential monitoring and control functions for emergency, port, and auxiliary operation.

In accordance with maritime regulations, alarm and safety functions are strictly separated. All processors and input values are continuously checked for functional and limit values. All alarms are displayed as plain text on the 5.7″ high-definition color display on the front panel. The MEC-24 ensures maximum availability with ease of operation. The additional MEC-24A, designed for control and warning tasks, includes redundant engine monitoring functions and protection against overspeed. This system can also be used in different languages.
