MV Vertom Tomma Successfully Launched as the Third Vessel in Vertom Group’s 7,000 DWT Series

We are proud to announce the successful launch of MV Vertom Tomma as the third vessel in the series of Vertom Group’s 7,000 DWT dry cargo ships. With impressive dimensions of 118.6 meters by 14.3 meters, this ship represents technical prowess, built by Thecla Bodewes Shipyards.

As AMW-MARINE, we are delighted to contribute to the propulsion system of MV Vertom Tomma. It includes a RENK Group 2-input 1-output gearbox, VULKAN Group flexible couplings, AMW-MARINE propeller shaft, and a 3,200 mm Ø propeller.

This project is the result of a successful collaboration among all parties involved. The Vertom Group’s series of ships, with a capacity of 7,000 DWT, serves as an excellent example of efficient and future-proof shipbuilding.
