When a ship is gets a new engine, a new propeller is always needed for the best result. For example, a propeller must convert a lot of power into thrust with high efficiency, thrust and comfort. In addition, no cavitation and vibration may occur.

In order to meet these demands, we pay close attention to the speed on top of the blades. This is variable and low on the tops. The result is a low vibration levels.

Furthermore, the blade surface, the blade shape, the profiles and the number of blades determine the result. Therefore, the propeller is build with a so-called skew (Sabelmodel). This significantly reduces the vibration level. In addition, we choose a blade thickness with a large reserve. Thus, the material stress in the CuAlNi material is never exceeded and less propeller damage will occur.
